If you could have any video game soundtrack be your soundtrack for the day which would you choose? I would probably go with the Mario 64 soundtrack especially the water level. It is so relaxing, I could never be stressed with that song playing over my day.

I listen to the Water level theme a lot! One of my favourites. I would opt for a Zelda score though. Epic quests would ensue.
Two of my favorite game soundtracks are Morrowind and the original Diablo.
