I remember when it came out and yes, I did pick it up because a friend of mine said it was pretty good. My memory of it was that it was pretty good but, it felt like Donald was on ice skates and I also recall a lot of frustration. I’m sure if I picked it up now (and Fantasia for that matter) it would be far too frustrating to play for any length of time. I also didn’t like how the plungers disappeared.
My favorite Disney games (and I cringe as I say that) Rescue Rangers NES was OK, I really liked Aladdin for the SNES, Mickey Mania SEGA CD, Hercules for the PS1 and Stinky is making me mention Disney Sports Motocross for the GBA although it is a not very good Excitebike clone with Disney characters and horrible music (Disney + trying to be hip hop-type electronic music = no). I should also have an Epic Mickey review on a Wii BOBL.
Because it was better than Tailspin.
still nowhere near understanding its appeal.

No love for Ducktales on the NES?
I loved bouncing on Scrooge McDuck’s cane like a pogo stick in that game. So much fun!
