Any updates on the Game Room? I’m relying on this group to keep me updated because I’m far too lazy to use other methods to check.

* Super Breakout (Atari)
* Pitfall! (Activision)
* Megamania (Activision)
* Night Stalker (Mattel Electronics)
* Rack ’Em Up (Konami)
* Realsports Volleyball (Atari)
* Basketball (Atari)Nice to see some old Activision titles on there. Hopefully this means I can play Atari 2600 Ice Hockey in the Game Room soon. I can literally play that game for hours.

Ok I’m just putting this out there. Konami, please release Parodius and Sexy Parodius into the game room!
Supposedly they are going to release seven games a week from here on starting this Wednessday…thats allot of games….I wounder if they will let me move my MK3 over to GR or if they will make people buy it again.
Hopefully, although are midway signed on? Or what’s left of midway.
Do you really expect import arcade machines? I would love it but, I really feel that only the Wii and PS3 have a chance at that audience. If that would happen, I would lose the remaining four hours that are left for sleep per night.
Well if Konami are serious about their arcade back catalogue why not? Theres nothing stopping them doing it and they can only win by putting it up and getting some cash.

I hope the game room concept takes off. I already like the fact that I can buy classic games for 240 points, which is a good deal. The set up is nice too. I like watching my little guy walk around the arcade. If Konami releases Sunset Riders for it I’ll officially love it though.
Thats my thing. I’m a kid from the early 90’s. When I hear Arcade room, I want Sunset Riders, NFL Bltiz, NBA Jam, X-Men and Turtles in Time. Besides the classic Namco stuff, I just cant get in to alot of these older titles.
Well heres hoping that happens. I’m happy enough at the moment just because I love the Atari 2600 and those games are priced well at 240points. But I’d love to see all the games you mentioned. It would be cool if they put up games like Crime Fighters and other stuff that never got a home release too. Heres hoping Taito, Capcom and whoever owns the rights to Midway’s back catalogue jumps on board too.
I’d love to see Capcom’s Punisher game and Elevator Action Returns from Taito up there for a start.
It’s what I and very ambitious sudo emulation hackers have been enjoying for years with 3D Arcade and Hyper-Spin. The main difference that you spend more time building, cataloging and getting your interface to work than enjoying the games.

I’d like them to advance to the early 90s where the beatemup genre took over.
