Nintendo is done. Tons of awesome stuff. New Zelda, Kirby, Icarus, and Donkey Kong all looked great. Metroid and Golden Sun still looks cool. Best presentation so far. Grade- A

Goldeneye is coming to the Wii with Daniel Craig as Bond. Hope that it’s more classic Goldeneye and Less Goldeneye: Rouge Agent.

New Mario Sports game called Mario Sports Mix where you play Baseball, Basketball, Hockey and Volleyball. No Baseketball though.

Nintendo Press Conference just started with a new Zelda called The Legend of Zelda: The Skyward Sword for the Wii.
Watching along. Oh cool, looks like the new Zelda will control like shit.
THe New controls are that you use the Wiimote as a sword and the nunchuke as the shield. Sounds cool, but the controls look off since Miyamoto is having problems.
It’ll probably control a hell of a lot better in my living room than in that auditorium, but I hate over using waggle and swing.
This demo is brutal to watch.
I guess You also need Wiimotion Plus.

Ubisoft Conference- Child of Eden, New Rayman and maybe Project Dust looked awesome. Everything else was bad. Such a boring prentation. Plus, where the hell was Beyond Good and Evil 2? FAIL! Grade- D
Ubisoft, no doubt, has released some wonderful screwball titles and their only consistency has been inconsistency
Isn’t Child of Eden the sequel to Rez? That makes the whole Conference worth it lol

EA Press conference is over. Loved Hot Pursuit and Dead Space 2. Liked what I saw from Medal of Honor. Bulletstorm seems ok and Crysis 2 seems fun. Oh, the Old Republic trailer was awesome and it makes me wonder why the moves are not that cool. Grade- B+

It was easy to miss. Microsoft only had a short, 2 hour presentation about it at this no-name show called E3. Evidently this convention is held every year in the small desolate town of Los Angeles, California. I never heard of it either.
Kyle: i know about it. I heard about it last year when it was announced at E3. What i meant was: where is it? I was excited and now a year later i still don’t have it.
God I missed The Dean.

ok, i just watched a little vidoe round up of MS’s spot on e3. The biggest thing was this Kinect or whatever. This is the same thing they showed last year but with a differnet name. And if it doesn’t work on proper full games instead of just minigmaes and such, then it’s useless. I suppose there was also the new console, but i shant be spending money on that. My 360 is just fine for now.
Yeah, of the big three, I definitely feel that Microsoft had the weakest showing at E3. I talk about this a couple times on a few different episodes of WTG: The more time went on the more scaled back and scaled down the ”Natal”/”Kinect” got. Time will tell, but I think it’s going to flop.
Yes, because i recall my friends and i being very excited after last year’s E3, and then we sort of forgot all about Natal. I only remmebered now because it’s E3 again. And this Kinect looks like a shell of what i had originally expected from Natal.
I think I’m the only one who doesn’t really give a damn about this project zygote thing.
